Please join Abby of Sounds of Abundance for a special Mother’s Day sound bath at Pink Salt on May 5th from 1-2pm.

This sound bath is open to all and intended to celebrate all types of mothers. Abby will guide everyone through a relaxing and restorative sound bath with her healing instruments: the ocean wave drum, crystal singing bowls, moon gong and chimes. Each instrument will transport you to your own world of relaxation and allow your nervous system to slow down.

To celebrate all mothers, Abby will create a space for you to retreat, be seen and held. This is a time for you to focus your energy on yourself.

We encourage you to bring your mother, friend, sister, any mother figure in your life or anyone you would like to share this special sound bath experience with.
